Terms of Service

These terms explain how orders, delivery, payment, dashboard access, customer responsibilities, and service limits work on overwatchboosting.net.

Last updated: May 10, 2026

1. Service Overview

Overwatch Boosting provides digital services such as rank boosting, Duo Boost, placement matches, win boosting, coaching, Battle Pass support, and related dashboard-based order management. All services are delivered remotely and start after payment confirmation and order verification.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Activision Blizzard, Overwatch, Battle.net, Xbox, PlayStation, or any platform holder.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order details, current rank, desired rank, platform, region, account access when required, and any scheduling limits before delivery begins. If your details change during an active order, you must notify support as soon as possible.

  • Do not play ranked matches on an active Solo Boost order unless support confirms it is safe to do so.
  • Do not change passwords, regions, account settings, or two-factor access during active delivery without telling support.
  • Do not abuse, threaten, or harass boosters or support staff.

3. Delivery, Timing, and Order Scope

Estimated completion windows are estimates based on rank gap, queue type, region, platform, extras, booster availability, and game conditions. Patch days, server outages, account restrictions, customer pauses, and changed order requirements can extend delivery time.

The agreed order scope is the service and target confirmed at checkout or by support. Any request to change rank target, queue type, region, role, heroes, or schedule may require a price adjustment or a new completion estimate.

4. Payments and Chargebacks

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment method and confirm that the payment information is accurate. Fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in order suspension and account restrictions on our site.

5. Account Access and Risk Notice

Solo Boost requires account access. We use privacy-focused delivery practices such as VPN region matching, Appear Offline, dashboard-based credential handling, and silent play behavior, but account sharing can conflict with game terms on ranked services. Duo Boost does not require account sharing because you play your own matches.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

The Refund Policy provides a full refund before play begins and a refund for unfinished work after play begins. Completed work is charged at the units and prices agreed for your order. Pauses, delays and account access issues do not make unfinished work count as delivered.

Read Refund Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, platform actions, ranking system changes, game patches, server outages, or losses caused by customer actions outside the confirmed order scope.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. Support can also clarify order scope, delivery timing, refund eligibility, and privacy practices before checkout.
