Pause Your Boost
Request a pause in your order chat. Your booster finishes the current match, then waits until you agree to resume.
Replace Your Booster
If your booster misses an agreed session or stops responding, contact support to arrange a replacement. Your order settings stay the same.
Agree a New Finish Time
If delivery falls behind the agreed schedule, review the remaining work and a new finish time. You can continue, pause or cancel the unfinished part.
Cancel Unfinished Work
Cancel before play begins for a full refund. After play begins, completed progress is charged at the division prices agreed for your order. The unfinished part is refunded.

How Long Does an Overwatch Boost Take?+
Estimated start and completion appear beside your price. Duo follows the dates and hours you choose; restricted account access or hero availability can extend the calendar window. Confirm the session window before play begins.
Can I Play During a Solo Boost?+
Ask support to pause the session before you log in. If you play Competitive, changes to your rank may affect the remaining work.
How Is Account Access Handled?+
For Solo Boost, our booster uses a VPN matched to your region and plays during the agreed access window. With Duo Boost, you play on your own account and keep your login details private.
Should I Order Wins or a Rank Boost?+
Choose a rank boost when the target is a specific tier and division. A wins order measures victories instead. Ten total wins can include losses between them; ten net wins means ten more wins than losses. That distinction belongs in the scope, because neither is a fixed amount of rank progress.
